It helps you work back from niggles, learns new stretches and routines for you, and schedules sessions to your platform.

Breathwork, short meditation, and sleep wind-down for focus or stress. Load when the user wants to relax, focus, de-stress, calm down, or wind down for sleep.

Injury recovery

Help the user work back from a niggle or tight area with gentle mobility and new stretches. Load when the user mentions soreness, tightness, a niggle, or wants stretches for a specific body part.

Plan recovery

Suggest today's recovery / wellness / mobility session from the user's training load and readiness, and schedule it. Load when the user asks what to do today, wants a recovery or mobility session, or asks for a wellness activity.
