Run Club builds running plans around your goals and races, prescribes the paces for each session, and writes the workout straight to your watch or training platform. It reads your run data to keep the plan honest and adjusts load, taper, and recovery as your fitness changes.

Build plan

Build a full training block toward a goal race or fitness goal. Load when the user wants a plan, is targeting a race, asks "build my plan", or names a goal and date.

Plan my day

Prescribe today's (or tomorrow's) run and write it to the user's watch / training platform. Load when the user asks "what should I run today", "plan my day", "give me today's workout", or wants the next session scheduled.

Race week

Taper and race-day execution for an upcoming race. Load when the user's race is days away or they ask about taper, race week, carb loading, or race-day pacing.
